At Mukam Marathon, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent registration experience. Please read the refund and cancellation terms carefully before completing your registration.
1. General Policy
All registrations made for Mukam Marathon events are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless specifically mentioned below.
Once the payment is completed, no changes, transfers, or refunds will be allowed.
2. Participant-Initiated Cancellations
Refund requests from participants will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Change of personal schedule
- Travel issues
- Health issues or injury
- Duplicate registration
- Failure to participate on race day
No partial refund will be given if you miss the race or arrive late.
3. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation (By Organisers)
In rare situations, if the event is cancelled or postponed due to reasons beyond our control, such as:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Safety or security concerns
- Natural disasters or emergencies
We may, at our discretion:
- Move your registration to a new date, or
- Provide a credit for a future event
Cash refunds will not be issued except under exceptional situations decided solely by the organising committee.
4. Transaction Failures
If a payment is deducted but registration is not confirmed:
- The amount (if received by us) will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
- For payments stuck at the bank/gateway level, please contact your bank directly.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or the user’s bank.
5. Transfer of Tickets
For security and fair play reasons:
- Bib exchanges or participant name transfers are not allowed.
- Any attempt to run with another participant’s bib may lead to disqualification.
